・ Provide HR Business Partnership to the functions understanding business strategy and organizational needs and developing & implementing key initiatives projects and people action plans.
・ Identify key human resource needs and develops appropriate solutions and partner with other internal human resource areas to provide a full complement of services to the organization.
・ Partner with country functionalHRM´s & Organization & Staffing Leaders to define and implement HR strategy for the platform.
・ Develop and implement strategy to build functional capability including designing and operationalizing Competency models and related interventions.
・ Provide operational support to the client organization in HR processes including staffing organizational design employee development salary planning performance management EMS and Session C employee engagement and Compensation & Benefits.
・ Develop and implement comprehensive staffing plans for the organization and partner with the internal staffing organization to develop a candidate pipeline.
・ Ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management e.g. leadership assessments coaching and development of employees candid and timely performance feedback.
・ Facilitate Executives & Senior Professionals development plans talent sharing engagement and retention strategy in respective functions.
・ Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key functional needs.
・ Provide proactive HR communication to all relevant stakeholders to provide clear and concise updates.
・ Develop and maintain strong functional HR relationships with platform HR Directors & FunctionalHRM's and with SeniorHRM' s at Capital HQ.
・ Maintain operational HR responsibility for the population at HQ providing leadership direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including performance management salary planning/reward management succession planning talent management employee relations employee compensation employee engagement and recruitment and selection.
・ Develop challenge and collate the functional annual and mid-year session C ensuring full implementation of action plans.
・ Develop and drive in partnership with functional leaders the communication agenda and engagement activities including key networking events.
・ Drive HR initiatives such as Diversity & global talent development.
・ Coach functional leaders to develop leadership capabilities providing candid and honest feedback on performance and how to get ahead.
・ Support and/or lead HR projects as needed.
・ Significant experience working as a HR business partner where managing multiple stakeholders is critical
・ Excellent communication and coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization including Officers & Senior Executives
・ Strong Coaching skills ・ with a demonstrated ability to work with senior management
・ Able to energize and inspire others
・ Ability to support clients in multiple locations and open to travel across Asia Pacific & to the US
・ Strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with depth of expertise in Compensation & Benefits specifically managing Globally Mobile Employees
・ Process and detail oriented including strong organizational and prioritization skills
・ Strong understanding of the application of local labor laws and government requirements
・ Excellent communication skill. Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) and functions. Able to clearly communicate complex information in a easy to understand manner. Able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
