ポジション HR Operations Manager
役割概要 ・Manage and administer payroll and HR operations including:
- on/off board process and status change process
- monthly payroll process in coordination with HR and payroll vendor
- communication with employees
- handling employees' inquiries
- benefit calculation and processing
- Facilitate integration of existing and newly acquired businesses onto a common payroll and benefit
platform in coordination with payroll vendor
- Promote process improvement and standardization to drive efficiency and to increase service quality
- Manage the annual schedule for regulatory notifications and prepare relevant documents for filing
- Process payroll and HR operations related costs including booking instruction and cost allocation
- Work closely with HR C&Bs and Recruiting teams and seek for opportunity to increase service quality
- Provide HR related information for government offices and tax office as required
- Establish communication tool to publicize GBS services and share
necessary information with employees as well as HR community
要件 ・ 5 or more year experience in HR with minimum 3 years in C&B or payroll experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Japanese native with English language proficiency
- Customer service focus with strong controllership mindset
- Experience in database management preferably Oracle
- Microsoft Office: Excel Word Powerpoint skill
- Flexible about changing environment
