Being a strategic partner to the business leaders､ HRBP provides consultations､ solutions and helps to execute them in the areas of Talent Development､ Staffing & Recruiting､ Organizational Development､ Performance Management and others.
HRBP works directly and closely with company executives and other senior leaders of the organization. HRBP also works and collaborates extensively with other parts of HR team such as Talent Management Group､ Labor/Employee Relations､ Compensation & Benefit Group and Operations Group.
This role will be a combined role with other HR CoE functions､ such as Talent Management/Compensation & Benefit / Labor Relation and etc. Will assign based on the experience and/or development perspectives.
Required to work with HR colleagues to consider the strategic HR initiatives and control its operation as a role of HR CoE.
